【Return Service】
1. If the customer finds that the product has quality problems or sends the wrong style, our store will provide return or replacement service, and will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product.
2. If the customer finds that the size is not suitable after receiving the goods, our store can arrange to change the size, but it depends on the stock. If the store confirms that the size can be changed, the customer must be responsible for the round-trip freight. After the store receives the returned goods, it will arrange to resend the products that need to be replaced and arrange SF Express to pay. If the product to be replaced has been taken off the shelf or is out of stock, and our store cannot replace the product for the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee for the return. The store will arrange a refund directly after receiving the returned goods.
3. The returned goods must be kept in the brand new state of the original sale, and must not have been used or washed. The packaging bags, boxes, gifts, manuals, labels or certificates of the goods must be sent back together. Otherwise, the store has the right to refuse replacement and refund.
4. If you need to return or exchange the goods, please notify the store via email or Whatsapp within 3 days after receiving the goods and confirm. After the store confirms, the customer will send back the goods that need to be returned within 7 days.
5. Some special offers are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
